Frequently Asked Questions

Positive Behaviour support involves developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of life for individuals by addressing the underlying reasons they engage in challenging behaviours. This includes creating individualised behaviour support plans that focus on understanding the reasons behind the behaviours, reducing risks, and promoting positive alternatives. The aim is to enhance the persons independence, inclusion, and overall well-being while ensuring the safety and dignity of everyone involved.

You don't need NDIS funding to access our Behaviour Support services, as we accept private payment. No, you don't need a Mental Health Care Plan to access our services. We accept self-referrals. Please note that we are currently unable to receive Medicare funding, so our services are provided outside of the Medicare system.
